We endeavour to ship all orders within 72 hours of receipt, Monday – Friday, providing all items are in stock. We usually beat this target, although around Drop Days and at very busy times of year we may not be able to wrap as fast as you order!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO THE USA Please contact us before submitting your order as we will need to process the import duties before we proceed. 

Exchanges and Returns

We're really sorry that what you've bought doesn't suit, and we'd love to find something that works for you! Please enjoy a website browse then check out using the code EXCHANGE - your order item will reduce to zero with only the postage charge remaining. We will reconcile when your original item comes back to us, and refund/invoice any balance due.
