You may return your goods within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind. Return postage is at your own cost, and proof of posting should be requested as we cannot compensate for items that are not received. Goods must returned in as-new saleable condition, with all tags still attached. Please include your name, order number and issue with the garment (perhaps your little one had a major growth spurt!). Failure to include these details may delay your refund.
Please note, any goods ordered in especially for a customer are classed as a bespoke special order, and are therefore non-returnable, unless for reason of a fault.
If you have received a free item along with your order, this must be returned if the whole order is returned. Should part of the order be returned, any free items must be also be returned if the remaining order value falls below the threshold required to claim the free gift. We reserve the right to deduct the value of the free items Recommended Retail Price RRP from the refund if they are not returned with the order.
Any returned items will need to be received by The Thrifty Stork before a refund will be issued via the original payment method used. You’re responsible for the cost ,and risk of loss or damage ,when returning the goods, so do choose your shipping levels to allow for this. Please remember to request Proof of Postage.
If you are returning an item due to a fault or incorrect item having been shipped, your return postage will be refunded once the item has been established as faulty. This may take up to 14 days as we return your faulty garments to the Brand in order for their Quality Control to assess the issue.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be issued.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, without prior warning.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
