Preloved to Reloved

High-quality organic clothes are built to last through multiple adventures. While selling preloved garments yourself yields the highest return, we know photographing, listing, and posting individual items takes time.

If you prefer a hassle-free option, our Preloved to Reloved program takes care of everything for you. Simply send us your preloved bundle, and we’ll apply agreed store credit directly to your Save to Spend account for you to use on future purchases.

Programme Guidelines & Eligibility

• Membership Requirement: Open exclusively to Save to Spend members. Your membership must be active for at least 2 months before sending your first bundle.
  
• Eligible Brands: We accept organic and fair-trade brands, even if they aren't currently stocked by The Thrifty Stork.
  
• Garment Condition: Items must be clean, freshly laundered, and in Very Good Used Condition (VGUC)—free from stains, marks, tears, missing fasteners, heavy fading, or bobbling. (Items that fall below this standard cannot be credited and will be donated to a local Exeter children's charity.)
  
• Bundle Limits: Parcels must contain a minimum of 10 items (there is no upper limit).
  
• Excluded Items: We do not accept underwear or socks. Tights in good condition are accepted.
  

How to Get Started

1. Get Prior Approval: Always contact us before sending a bundle. We cannot accept or process parcels during major launch periods.
   
2. Send Your Bundle: Once approved, post your items to us. (Please note: We are unable to provide quotes remotely prior to receiving and inspecting the garments physically.)
   
3. Enjoy Your Credit: Once evaluated, your agreed credit will be added straight to your Save to Spend balance.
